The IT4ALL Network –Network of Local Authorities on the Information Society- represents a tool for cooperation and solidarity between the local authorities of the world (cities, regions and other decentralized instances of the administration), for the access to an inclusive Information Society, by promoting e-Inclusion and Decentralized Cooperation policies in the digital field.
The IT4ALL Network offers Local Authorities and Intermediate Governments of the world an open, integrated and solidary communication platform, based on free-joining and complementary with other existing initiatives and consequent with the principles and values of “Bilbao´s Decalogue”.
